What dog owners using these methods say. . .
''We went on holiday last week and I just have to share this! We went to one place that was busy-busy (didn’t know this in advance) and I was panicking that Rocky would react (100s of dogs). Absolutely nothing, not reacted once! He was absolutely having a blast, honestly I am so proud of him.
He used to go for any dog that wasn’t a Tzu at one point but now he’s too busy exploring with us to give other dogs a second thought and I’m just so proud!
And some dogs did bark at him and he just was like ‘whatever’, ignored them.''
- Ronja & Rocky
''Going camping, exploring forests, beaches or those tucked away footpaths with my dogs brings a sense of serenity. A moment where we all have the space and time to de-stress and refocus our attention on the here and now. Those moments are special. We eagerly follow the paths less travelled, each of us taking it one step at a time. I'm usually looking up, listening to nature's song whilst the dogs zig zag ahead taking in all the scents around them. Those moments enrich all of our lives and bring us closer together, fulfilment on my behalf and for the dogs the look of contentment after having the freedom to be and do what dogs do best.''
- Lauren & Fifi
''It's lovely when Rocky makes friends with humans and dogs alike in pubs. He definitely now sees them as a positive place to go as he gets lots of attention.''
- Dawn & Rocky

Picture your perfect summer dog walk. . .
Maybe you’re at the beach, or hiking in the forest, on holiday in the countryside? Perhaps you can feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, or the gentle breeze and the sound of birds chirping. You take a deep breath, savouring the scent of wildflowers.
Your dog is off lead, happily sniffing and exploring, bounding back to you, tail wagging. You come across a clear stream, and your dog splashes in the cool water. You pause to watch them play, feeling a deep sense of calm contentment.
On the way back to the car you stop at a cafe or pub garden, your dog by your feet, utterly content. You close your eyes, relishing in the moment. You feel your dog nuzzling your hand, and you open your eyes, looking into theirs, feeling grateful for this perfect summer walk with your best friend.
It’s a shame to come back to reality from a scene like that.
But if your dog pulls on the lead, jumps up, lunges or barks at other dogs or people, walks can be so stressful and right now you might think it’s impossible to have an enjoyable summer filled with fun, freedom and adventure. Maybe you feel like you can’t control your dog, or you don’t have time to train. . . or you just don’t even know where to start.
I’m talking about the kind of lovely long walks where you’re calm, your dog is off lead or walking on a loose lead, ignoring distractions. You’re genuinely relaxed, genuinely enjoying being out with your dog and you’re not stressed because you’re confident you’ll know what to do in any situation.
I know how it feels to want that kind of walk… and how to get it!
“‘’Hi, I’m Katie. I help the owners of reactive and easily distracted dogs take back their freedom and LOVE walking their dogs again.
My own reactive rescue dog Lao used to pull, bark, bite and lunge! I was constantly looking around, scanning for other dogs, people – anything that could send him into meltdown! I was getting up early, going out late, hoping we wouldn’t bump into anyone… because people can be so judgemental can’t they?
I felt like I just couldn’t go on one more day like that. So I changed it. I found a new approach that worked so much better.
Lao became happy to walk past dogs and meet new people. We went to cafes, pubs, pretty little market towns, hiking holidays in the Moors and the Dales, off lead at the beach, the forest.
That’s why I’m hosting this FREE masterclass, to show you how to prepare for your best summer yet! I can’t wait to see you there!’’”
If you’re ready to change your dog’s behaviour so you can look forward to fun, stress free walks and adventures this summer, you’ll definitely want to join us!
