We are only 3 miles from Stockton and 5 miles from Darlington, situated between the countryside villages of Bishopton and Redmarshall.

Your sat nav will bring you close but not to our doorstep. We recommend navigating to Bishopton or Redmarshall and then following our directions from there.

From Bishopton. Pass The Blue Bell pub on your left then follow Redmarshall Road as it curves round to the left. Keep going until you see some red roofs ahead. There will be a sign for ‘Outhouse Farm’ on your left, once you pass this, put on your left hand indicator and slow down. Dogwood West is the next left. To get to Dogwood East, carry on until the next left.

From Redmarshall. Follow Redmarshall Road as the road curves round to the left. You will pass Karamea bungalow on your right and then The Garth bungalow on your left. Then almost immediately there will be an entrance on your right – this is Dogwood East. Dogwood West is the next right.

From the A66 Teesside. Take the slip road signposted Redmarshall, Elton, Hartburn then at the roundabout turn right. At the next roundabout go straight over: you will be on Yarm Back Road. After approx 2 miles you will come to a T Junction: turn left then almost immediately right (signposted Redmarshall). Follow the road right to the end, passing Redmarshall village. At the T junction turn left to Bishopton. You will pass Karamea bungalow on your right and then The Garth bungalow on your left. Then almost immediately there will be a small field track on your right – this is Dogwood East. Dogwood West is the next right.

From the A19 North. Take the A1027 and pass Norton, Carlton and Redmarshall. Then follow the instructions above from Redmarshall.
